The suggestion is to introduce the ability to "follow" someone's dressups and get notifications for new dressups from them the same way you can get notifications for artists on oekaki. In the same vein, people who create dressups could get notifications for likes/comments on their work.
I think this would hopefully be fairly simple to implement, considering that dressups already have their own separate pages, likes, comments, etc if they were entered into contests. Dressups do often take heaps of time and creativity, and I think it could be a fun addition to the community, especially considering that it could increase demand for items and make C$ store items a more attractive market.

Additional suggestion: Have it be a "toggle" such as "Enable Others to Follow Your Dressups"
